I was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, the youngest of three boys.
I am married with three grown children and one grandson.
I have been teaching since 1978, with my last 19 years in the Douglas School System.
My wife is also a teacher in the Douglas School System, teaching fourth grade at Vandenberg Elementary School.
I have taught all subjects in the elementary school and have also taught computers and college math.
My leisure time is spent going off-road, singing, riding my motorcycle or playing drums.
