Students eligible for the free lunch program should have an adult fill out an application with the Food Service Director. Kindergarten children that qualify for free lunches, also quality for free breakfasts. Kindergarten children have a daily milk break. The milk program is separate from the free and reduced lunch program. All students may pay the 25 cents pe day to participate in the snack milk program.
The Food Service Office is located in Douglas Middle School. Office hours are from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm. Badger Clark Food Services Program hours are 9:45 to 10:30 am. You may choose to pay your money in person or you may chose to send your money in with your child. Please send the money in a sealed envelope.
Label the envelope with your child's name, room number
and amount of money. Please let me know if the money is for lunch or milk.
If you have questions on your account they must be addressed to the Food
Service Personnel. I will try to assist you in anyway I can but usually
it is the Food Service personnel who can be the most service to both of
us.
