We are scheduled for Physical Education on Wednesday and Friday. The children need to be dressed in appropriate attire for physical fitness activities. Children are expected to wear tennis shoes. If your child does not have the appropriate foot gear it is of the discretion of the PE teacher to determine if your child may participate in that days activities. This is a safety precaution that will be enforced for all children. If your child can not participate in the daily lesson due to inappropriate attire they will have to sit out and watch their classmates. If your child cannot participate in PE due to and illness or injury you will need to write a note that can be given to the PE teacher to keep on file.

Tennis shoes can be sent with your child in their back pack and the classroom teacher will help them get changed before PE class. We are flexible on days such as School Picture Day and Music Concerts as we know that the majority of the children will be dressed in special attire on such days.
