Amphibians



 
 
 

Amphibians include frogs, newts, salamanders and toads.
 
 
They like wet places.  They live in ponds, rivers, and sandy and muddy areas.
They have moist skin.
 
 
They like to eat plants, bugs and smaller amphibians.
Babies start out as eggs.  Then they are tadpoles.  Babies hide in the weeds.
