I have lived in Rapid City all of my life and enjoy the
surrounding Black Hills. My hobbies include my children, camping,
fishing, and hiking. I have a wonderful family of three children
and a husband. My husband and I are highschool sweethearts and
got married in 1993. My first child, Riley, was born in 1996 and
loves to play baseball. Zachary is my second child who was born
in 2000 and also loves music and baseball. My last child, Shayann
was born in February 2007 and loves to play Pat-a-Cake.
I graduated from Black Hills State University with
a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Minor in Early
Childhood. I taught 2 years of Preschool at Headstart and have
taught kindergarten since 1999. I truly enjoy Kindergarten for
many reasons. I love to give the children a great start in their
school career and help them feel successful and enjoy school.
Children learn so much and show so much growth in Kindergarten,
it still amazes me to this day! I provide a safe learning
environment where children can prosper to their fullest!
