Here's what you can expect your child to do in Math:


Addition problems to 18 Subtraction problems to 18 
Place value Count  by 1's, 2's, 5's, and 10's
Recognize  signs (+, -, =) Fractional parts: 1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4
Create a repeating pattern Telling time to the hour and half hour
Write numerals 0-100 Compare and measure objects
Identify the numerals 0-100 Simple 2 digit addition and subtraction
Calendars Money- Identify coins and their values

 
 

 
Teaching kids to count is fine; however, teaching them what counts is best.
