Welcome to the Badger Clark Little Patriots home page. We invite you to visit our school and actively participate in your child’s education. We strive to educate the whole child—shaping successful young readers, mathematicians and problem-solvers. Our highly qualified staff is dedicated to nurturing and challenging our students, and infusing instruction with technology as appropriate. A student-centered approach provides a warm and welcoming environment supporting learning.
I believe children learn best when actively constructing knowledge given a variety of hands-on activities and problems to solve. Working with a variety of manipulatives and strategies in a group strengthens verbal, social, emotional, problem-solving and academic skills.
As principal, my role is to:
- maintain a healthy, safe, warm and positive place for kids to learn
- uphold our standards as a place of academic rigor, social learning and growing thinking skills
- help our students learn the skills to make a positive contribution in our community
- work as partners with parents and community resources for the benefit of our students
We are focused on working together with you to show our enthusiasm and love of learning, and interest in helping each student reach their potential. Communication is the cornerstone of success and problem-solving. I encourage you to contact your child’s teacher, and myself if I can be of any assistance.
