BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING

The Douglas School District No. 51-1 Board of Education held a special meeting on
January 24, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. in the administrative offices of the Douglas School District, Box Elder, South Dakota, to interview Superintendent candidate. President Larson presided.

All actions in these Minutes were by unanimous vote unless otherwise stated.

25720. President Larson called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

The Board went into Executive Session at 6:01 p.m.

Conducted interview.

President Larson called the Board out of Executive Session at 7:20 p.m.

25721. The meeting adjourned at 7:21 p.m.
