BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING

May 1, 2006

The Douglas School District No. 51-1 Board of Education held a special meeting on
May 1, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the Douglas Middle School Library, Box Elder, South Dakota, for the purpose of Negotiations. President Larry Larson presided. Those present were:

Daniel Starr, Member
Joe Schmitz, Superintendent

Vicki Glanzer, Recording Secretary

All actions in these Minutes were by unanimous vote unless otherwise stated.

25833. President Larson called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

25834. Drouin moved and Starr seconded to approve the Agenda.

Bowman moved and Drouin seconded to go into Executive Session at 7:02 p.m.

Discussed negotiations.

President Larson called the Board out of Executive Session at 9:06 p.m.

25835. No action taken.

25836. The meeting adjourned at 9:07 p.m.
