DOUGLAS SCHOOL DISTRICT

BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING

April 2, 2007

The Douglas School District No. 51-1 Board of Education held a special meeting on

April 2, 2007 at 4:50 p.m. in the Douglas High School Library, Box Elder, South Dakota, for the purpose of Negotiations.  President Cathy Melendez presided.  Those present were:

                                                Les Schwartz, Member       

                                                Loren Scheer, Superintendent

                                                Trista Hedderman, Business Manager

                                                Doreen Hastings            Jan Kirk

                                                Georgia Simon

All actions in these Minutes were by unanimous vote unless otherwise stated.

26318.       President Melendez called meeting to order at 4:50 p.m. 

26319.       Larson moved and Schwartz seconded to approve the Agenda.

Larson moved and Schwartz  seconded to go into Executive Session at 5:00 p.m.

                  Discussed negotiations.

President Melendez called the Board out of Executive Session at 6:05 p.m.

26320.       No action taken.   

26321.       The meeting adjourned at 6:06 p.m.
