BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING

April 29, 2008

The Douglas School District No. 51-1 Board of Education held a special meeting on

April 29, 2008 at 3:45 p.m. in the administrative offices of the Douglas School District,

Box Elder, South Dakota, for the purpose of executive session for meet and confer meetings with Administrators and Director. President Melendez presided. Those present were:

Cathleen Melendez, President

Janice Jungemann, 1st Vice President

Dennis Boomsma, 2nd Vice President

Larry Larson, Member

Les Schwartz, Member

Vicki Glanzer, Recorder

Loren Scheer Patricia Peel

All actions in these Minutes were by unanimous vote unless otherwise stated.

27059. President Melendez called meeting to order at 3:45 p.m.

27060. Boomsma moved and Larson seconded to approve the Agenda.

Jungemann moved and Schwartz seconded to go into Executive Session at 3:47 p.m.

Meet and Confer Meetings with Administrators and Director.

President Melendez called the Board out of Executive Session at 5:15 p.m.

27061. No action taken.

27062. The meeting adjourned at 5:16 p.m.
