Hello, my name is Angela Rossow. This is my 7th year teaching special education. All seven years have been with the Douglas School District at  Vandenberg Elementary.  I absolutely love my job!
I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Huron University and then spent a year at Black Hills State University to receive my degree in Special Education. I also received my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a Reading Specialist Endorsement from Black Hills State University.
I am married and have two children. My father was in the Air Force so I grew up in this area and am a graduate of Douglas High School. I enjoy reading, cooking and spending time with my family.
It is my belief that my students need to know that I believe in them as learners. My expectations of my students are high and sometimes they surprise themselves with what they can do!

Hello, my name is Jo Flowers. I am originally from Dodge City, Kansas. I moved here July 7, 2001 when my husband's job brought me here. I have three daughters with two of them living here with me. I like sports, especially softball.
I taught preschool for one year and two years in special education. Recently, I accepted a position as a special education assistant with Mrs. Rossow at Vandenberg Elementary. I really enjoy working in this school district.
