Types of Dragons |
| There are many types of dragons in the Chinese culture. Some believe there are more than others. They are classified in many ways, honor, abilities, or even by their color. |

Celestial Dragon The celestial dragon is a dragon that supports the heavens and protects teh mansions of the gods and emperors and keeps tehm from decay. Celestial dragons and imperial dragons are the few that have five claw, most others only have three or four. |

Earth Dragon The earth dragon is said to rule all of the earth. They deppened the rivers and the seas. They determined the course of rivers, regulated their flow and maintained their banks. Each river in China is said to have its own earth dragon. They are all ruled over by the dragon king. |

Spiritual Dragon The spiritual dragon is known as teh weather-maker. They float across the sky and govern the wind, clouds, and rain. THey benefit fro mankind because life always depended on weather. They control the weather according to how they received love and appreaciation from mankind. If they grew angry or neglectful the result would be a certain disaster. |
