| The Emmitt Till Case is about a young boy who was brutally murdered for talking and whistling at a white women. Which he was dared to do, and being the kid he was, Till couldn't not do a dare, so he did it and he got killed for doing it. He was from Chicago and was visiting relatives in Money, Mississippi. The trial does not do justice to this little boy. The two men eventually admitted to killing Emmitt, but the trial was over, and nobody could do anything about it. This case moved all black and many whites because of the horrific brutality and lack of reason for the murder. |

"Have you ever sent a loved son on vacation and
had him returned to you in a pine box, so horribly battered and water-logged
that someone needs to tell you this sickening sight is your son -- lynched?" This is the famous quote by Emmitts mother. |
