Milk, Snack, and Lunch

Your child will have a lunch account at school.  The money for the account will be provided by the parents.  Money will be withdrawn from the account when your child eats breakfast or lunch or drinks milk for afternoon snack.  When this account reaches $5.00, a note will be sent home from the Food Services.  Your child will bring this note home.  Any money brought to school for lunch/milk should be put in an envelope labeled with your child's name, my name, room number, and date.  This information will be helpful if the envelope should get lost.

We will drink milk on a daily basis with our snack.  Your child does not have to order milk.  If your child does order milk, I do expect them to drink up the milk.  Milk is very good for children and should not be wasted.  Chocolate milk is available at lunch time, but white milk will be the choice your child will drink for snack time.

We have snack on a daily basis as well.  I do ask that the parents provide the snack for the children.  Unfortunately the snack has to be store bought.  The snacks do not have to be individually wrapped but it does have to show the ingredients of the snack.  Please provide enough snack for 22 individuals.
