May 14, 2018
  • Attention 8th Grade Students: Do you want to make a difference next year at the high school? Then become a member of Student Council for your class. The four positions are president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer. You will need to do a speech for the office you will be running for. The speeched will be taped Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning. Hagers Room 705. Good Luck to all the candidates!!!

  • The Pride shop has a few t-shirts and sweatshirts in stock.  Stop by Mrs. Walters’s room, 710 before or after school to shop at your school Pride shop.

  • It is 1 book check out in the library; please turn in your overdues and remember those of you with little-to-no overdues this year will receive a prize!

  • 6th and 7th graders the Middle School Football camp is this week and all registration form need to be turned in before camp starts. Turn your forms into Mr Daugherty, Mr Kowaleski, Mr Hamm or the office.

  • Please send the following students to the library as they have had little-to-no overdues this year:

  • KIC students --- we will have our last meeting in room 711, Wednesday, May 23rd at 7:35am.  Please come as soon as you get to school in the morning. Those of you who participated in the community service project to Vandenberg last week – you did a great job!

 

  • Students – Douglas HS basketball coaches Mr. Miller and Mr. Wince are hosting a basketball camp June 4-6 at the high school. The 6th-8th basketball camp session will be 10:30 am-12. The purpose of the camp is to help improve the basic offensive and defensive fundamental skills in the game of basketball, and to have fun! Pick up a brochure from the main office if you are interested in attending. Thank you, hope to see a lot of you there!
