hi dannenberg parents and students and the Box Elder Community my name is Shawna Delaney and I am an instructional leader at Vandenberg Elementary School I have been a part of the Douglas family for eight years before I was instructional leader iPod 5th grade and I am looking forward to meeting everyone by box elder community and Vandenberg families I'm Stephanie Gebhardt I'm also an instructional leader at Vandenberg and I have been with Douglas School District 4 3 years and this is starting my 29th year in education play Patriots my name is mrs. Anna camp and this will be my 22nd year teaching prior to this job for the last three years I taught fifth grade do I go as instructional leaders is to provide Literacy for every one we want every student at Vandenberg be proficient in Reading in order to do that we administer the drug testing three times a year testing information we organize what we call skill walk during skill like every student goes to a classroom to receive reading intervention or enrichment that is at their level for 30 minutes each day we also collaborate teachers through professional learning communities we meet weekly to plan curriculum provide professional development go over and analyze assessment data and also to provide coaching instruction we look forward to meeting you all welcome back and we'll have a great year by
