Karline Clark introducing myself and explaining how to contact me. I also talk a little about the classes I teach and what my expectations are for those classes.

I'm in room 134 at the high school you can reach me through my email at Carlene. Clark at K12. St. You probably the most efficient way to get ahold of me and you can call the high school directly at 605-923-0030 they will pass that connects to the office to pass you through the voicemail message for me as soon as I get free time I will call you back I do not make those calls during my active class time so it could you might get lucky and I actually answer the phone cuz you called during my free time or my planning time so you take your chances with phone calls how quickly get me on emails I get to look at fairly regularly once I have students working on Project I can I'm at time at my email so either way works welcome we are the Patriot I have been teaching a variety of computer classes I also teach several different business for the last 15 years here at Douglas this year's specifically my computer technology classes are boring computer science computer programming foundations neurology and production technology for the most part these classes all work is done in the room you may not have access to some of the apps outside of the room and on a laptop that are assigned you they are not big enough to carry some of the apps that we use so you will need to use the desktop computers in the lab and use your time wisely in the classroom get that signed work and project done this year I'm happy to announce that Douglas High School going to be offering on an accounting class been over 18 years has been offered I'll be teaching it I've got new textbooks in as well as new online format so the class will be set apart the hybrid where were using some checks from online I'm going back and forth hopefully by doing that we don't get bored with the text and we don't get bored with the online stuff cuz we're going to be jumping around in that class is going to be determined as we go through the class I'm sure there will be some homework how much at this point I am really not sure like I said this is my first time teaching it and it hasn't been here in over install new program starting up exciting stuff as far as classroom expectations and behavior expectations it's simple at all revolves around respect students respecting each other's space students respecting equipment on students respecting the teacher the person in front also the other way it is also myself respecting the students face and dude and opinions and it just respect is a full circle it goes around in every direction and that's what I base the classroom expectations and behavior on thank you for watching this video and I look forward to seeing you in class
