so I'm on well hello my name is George Johnson and most people call me OJ I'm teaching chemistry in Earth science this year but I have taught biology physical science mineralogy a science teacher this is my third year of teaching science at Douglas and I would be surprised if I haven't taught your brothers and sisters even your mom and dad here are my classroom expect they're pretty simple actually I just want you to respect yourself and others I want you to put forth your best effort I want you to try to do your best work and importantly I'd like YouTube put learning ahead of just getting a good grade let's try to do some quality work not just get it done it's real simple you followed your did you pay attention you'll participate in the ask questions a positive learning environment is very important and I like to have a nice comfortable classroom and I think that we can learn I'm doing it so let's be responsible must have a great year my classroom rules are all the golden rule which is just treat others like you want to be treated a number two we need to learn how to use proper cell phone etiquette and I will go over a lot of cell phone etiquette with you so that you know what I expect and the cell phone is a very very powerful tool can also be something is very distracting and so we need to just get a nice balance there I'd like you to be on time of course of course she didn't plagiarism you know is not allowed the use of proper language in the classroom and like always you want to just do your best and bring the class a great attitude all in all I like to go by this scientist the good stuff so peace love and Science and let's have a great year and a real positive one thank you
