Above and Beyond - Core Values

Douglas staff members go the extra mile every day for our students. When a staff member makes a strategic contribution to Student Success or exemplifies one of our district’s core values, we invite you to recognize their efforts by nominating them for an Above and Beyond Award.

Monthly: Nominees will be notified they’ve been nominated and receive a copy of the official nomination details.

Quarterly: Nominees will be reviewed and considered for a quarterly district "Above and Beyond" Recognition Award.
