Principal's Welcome

Greetings from Vandenberg Elementary! We’d like to welcome our new fourth grade students who have moved over from Patriot Elementary and our wonderful returning fifth grade students. We also want to give a special welcome to those families that are new to our learning community. We look forward to working with all of our families to provide an exceptional education for all our students. The partnership we build will be the foundation for your children’s academic career and future life goals.

 

I am honored to be principal at Vandenberg working with amazing students, families, and a wonderful group of dedicated professionals. Our elementary consists of approximately 450 students that make up our 4th and 5th grade learning environment. We have a wonderful staff that care each and every day about the growth of your children both academically and socially. Our priority is to provide a high quality education for every student. At Vandenberg, we are also dedicated to providing provide a safe, orderly, and respectful environment that promotes high levels of student engagement and performance. We take great pride in providing all students the opportunity to learn in a positive environment with all learning styles respected to maximize the potential of each child. We honor the unique strengths, talents, and diversity of each of our students and dedicate our efforts to help them experience individual success.

 

I encourage you to play an active role in your child’s learning as we head down this educational road together as partners. We value the partnership with our parents and our community. Parents know their children best and this parent and school partnership is valuable in helping us to support the unique needs of students.
