Annual Household Renewals for 2019-20 Students Scheduled for March 18-29

IMPORTANT--MAKE SURE YOUR PARENT PORTAL ACCOUNT IS ACTIVE

 

This year, the Annual Household Renewal for existing students will be completed online through Parent Portal.  In previous years, the schools sent paper packets home with each student for parents to update household/ student information. Paper packets will not be sent home this year. 

Parents need to make sure your Parent Portal account is active.  Student Portal accounts will not work for the update.  If you do not have a Parent Portal account or you have forgotten your password, please contact the building secretary in the school your child attends prior to March 18.

If parents do not complete the Annual Household Renewal, their student(s) will be withdrawn from the Douglas School District at the end of the 2018-19 school year. 

Parents can review/edit current household information through Parent Portal.  It is important that the school has accurate and up-to-date phone numbers and addresses for each student in case of an emergency. 

If you move, you need to bring in proof of residency to Central Office.  The District only accepts the following for proof of residency to attend Douglas School District: current lease/ rental agreement; current monthly mortgage statement; or verification of housing on EAFB.  If you do not have one of the listed items, you will need to visit with Central Office staff.  

High school and middle school students will have the opportunity to complete course registration for the 2019-20 school year from January 23-February 18.  Your student will bring more information home regarding signing up for 2019-20 classes.
