hi I missed on my last name is Beltran but for the past 20 years that I have been support staff here DHS I have been missed on at this point I oversee the highest ice cream and detentions I've got a short statement I want to read to you so that I make sure that I kept her the things that I need you to be aware of I am here to help aid students and making better choices in their behavior so that they can be successful in finding the pets play in our Patriot proud here AHS students can be dropped into the ice is s room by a teacher or staff member or the class. If needed the student and I are going to have a discussion as to why the teacher asked him to leave the stain will remain with me for the class. Unless acting differently by admin detentions are given by staff for many different reasons I'm here to oversee the students in detention and make sure that the paperwork is locked correctly will be given notice that their detention in the day to have the detention if there are questions and when or where to serve I am who you will need to visit with the why of the detention needs to be directed to the staff that did that referral or the write-up students need to be in school in on time that is the expectation here DHS Frost wins when a student is late to school or class it is marked as a tardy parties can be seen in both student and parent portals the student should keep track of how many tardies they have it's Maiya re Saturday by serving A detention when a student reaches for tardies and does not come in the next day to serve a detention they may be assigned a day if I assess students are assigned it they buy it says if they are not mean the expectations here DHS in fractions that can receive is Esther in the handbook please look at that so you are familiar we don't want you in the ISS room we want you in class I am here to help the students at the hs2 be prepared to meet challenges of the ever-changing world if you see me in the hall the cafeteria or somewhere else on campus please say hi and introduced yourself I am also the adviser for the Staten the tattoo groups here.
