Please find the attached registration form for parent pick-up of Grab n' Go meals must be completed and returned to Douglas Food Services by May 31, 2024 for participation for Grab n' Go in the months of July and August 2024.

- Grab n' Go Meal Distribution will be available for pick-up on Mondays from July 1, 2024, to August 12, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Location: Douglas Middle School-Food Service Parking Lot. Address: 691 Tower Road, Box Elder, SD 57719. The corner of 225th St. and Tower Rd.
- Grab n' Go Meal Distribution will contain 5 breakfast and 5 lunch meals per child.
- One weekly meal distribution per child ages 18 and younger.
