District Hires New Buildings and Grounds Coordinator
The Douglas School District is pleased to announce the addition of Hunter Pettit as our new Building and Grounds Coordinator.
Pettit brings extensive knowledge in facilities management, safety, and maintenance compliance, along with more than 20 years of experience in training systems and operations. In previous roles, he has supervised training teams, managed complex equipment and facilities, and ensured safety, compliance, and operational readiness across multiple sites. Hunter is known for his strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to manage logistics, budgets, and personnel while maintaining a high standard of efficiency. In his role, he will support Douglas School District buildings and grounds and oversee maintenance and warehouse operations.
