Attention Parents!

The Annual Household Renewal for existing students is now open in the Parent Portal until March 29th. The Annual Household Renewal can be accessed by clicking on "Online Registration" on the lower left side of the screen.  You will enter any changes to your household/student information once to update for all members in your family.  The procedure is fairly self-explanatory as you proceed through.  Please remember that documentation will only be required if you have had an address change.

If you do not have a Parent Portal account or you have forgotten your password, please contact your child's school for assistance. Please do this as soon as possible so the Annual Household Renewal can be completed by March 29th.  As a reminder, Student Portal accounts (mostly used by middle and high school students) cannot be used to access the Annual Household Renewal.

If you do not have a computer or internet access, you may use a computer at Central Office from 7:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. or the High School Community Library from 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. on Monday-Wednesday and 3:30 – 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Please make sure you have your access code before arriving to set up your account or your log in information as there will not be staff available at either location to provide you with that information.

Military Families of Patriot Elementary and Vandenberg Elementary:

On April 8th, Patriot Elementary and Vandenberg Elementary students who have a deployed parent will have the opportunity to participate in a program called United Through Reading.  Students will be recorded reading a book to their deployed parent and the recording will be available through the United Reading App (more info to come on that).

If you have a child that is K-5 in the Douglas School District AND has a parent who is currently deployed OR has a parent who will be deploying within the next 30 days, please contact your child’s school counselor to get a permission slip!
