Douglas High School Announces Hiring of Head Girls Soccer Coach Heather Altman

Douglas High School is pleased to announce the hiring of Heather Altman as the new head coach of the Patriots girls' soccer program.

Her background also includes coaching a boys select traveling team, providing her with a diverse range of experience and a deep understanding of the game.

In addition to her coaching credentials, Altman is a valued member of the Douglas School District staff and currently works at the middle school, allowing her to build strong relationships with her student-athletes both on and off the field.

“We are excited to welcome Heather as our head girls' soccer coach,” said Activities Director Josh Haaland. “Her ability to connect with kids, combined with her extensive soccer knowledge, creates an exciting outlook for the future of the program.”

Douglas High School looks forward to the continued growth and success of the girls' soccer program under Altman’s leadership.
