The clinic will provide vaccinations, including flu shots and other recommended vaccinations, based on each child’s needs and requests. A parent or guardian must be present.
Pre-registration is not required, but it is encouraged.
To schedule an appointment, parents or guardians can call the South Dakota Department of Health at 605-394-2516.
The South Dakota Department of Health is an in-network provider for Avera, Sanford, DAKOTACARE, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Medicaid. Children may also qualify for vaccinations through a federally funded vaccine program if they are American Indian or Alaskan Native, not covered by insurance, underinsured, or Medicaid-eligible.
Families whose insurance is not listed are encouraged to contact their local healthcare clinic to schedule an appointment with a provider who is in-network with their insurance.
