Wrestling

Wrestling at Douglas Middle School, open to both boys and girls, provides students with the opportunity to build strength, discipline, and confidence while learning the value of hard work and perseverance. Our coaches emphasize skill development, sportsmanship, and personal growth in a supportive team environment. Whether students are new to the sport or have previous experience, they are encouraged to challenge themselves, set goals, and celebrate their progress. As Patriot wrestlers, students develop resilience and teamwork that extend far beyond the mat. Wrestling is offered during the 2nd Quarter.
