Dear Douglas Families,

Welcome to Douglas High School! This is truly an exciting time to be a Patriot, and I am deeply honored to serve our community as we begin my third year as your principal. Our school is home to exceptional students and a passionate staff dedicated to providing the essential skills and knowledge that will empower our students to achieve their dreams.

As true partners in your child's education, we recognize that strong communication between school and home forms the foundation of student success. Throughout the year, we will keep you informed about important updates, upcoming events, and your child's academic progress. Our Patriots forge diverse and successful paths after graduation, whether pursuing military service, attending technical schools, enrolling in prestigious state and national universities, or contributing their talents directly to the workforce. We strongly encourage students to explore the rich variety of activities, athletics, clubs, and organizations available—there truly is something meaningful for everyone to discover under our Activities tab. I personally invite you to join us at a Douglas High School activity or athletic event this year, where you'll witness firsthand the spirit and dedication of our Patriots.
